Terp10 Expectations

  1. Sign up day begins February 1, 2019, at 10: am. I will be in my office beginning at 10:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
  2.  If you are serious I would strongly suggest you arrive on this day. We have a limited number of seats. We will fill up within the first week based on doing this program since 2009.
  3. I will give you a form to complete by which I will cover the ground rules again which is covered in this document. After that, you will take your money to the accounting department by which they will accept your money only if you see me first along with the form I give you with your signature and mine. JSOM accounting will not accept your money unless you have this form. If you have this form they will give you a receipt.
  4. You need to purchase the book that we use in the Introduction to ERP which is “Integrated Business Processes with ERP Systems” by Simha R. Magal and Jeffrey Word” First Edition ISBN 978-0-470-47844-8.
  5. You really need to study this book from cover to cover many times. It is written in the first edition that covers 50% of Terp10.
  6. After reading (Items 1-5) above and if you can accept what is stated then you need to be able to do the following.
  7. Terp10 is all day long beginning May 6 – 17, 2019. The exam begins on May 17, 2018, at 9:00 AM sharp and last for 3 hours in real time downloaded from Germany. You need 59 points to pass. You will know immediately after you enter the submit button. If green appears this means you passed and are an SAP Certified Consultant at the Associate level. If red appears this means you failed. You must only go to a test center and retake the exam at the cost of $500 by which you set up not UTD (me).
  8. Classes begin at 9:00 AM sharp and end at 5:00 PM. No classes on Saturday or Sunday. The first week on Friday we end at 12:00 PM due to UTD JSOM Graduation. On Thursday, May 16, 2018, we end at 12:00 PM and have lunch and send you home for study.
  9. After the first day, we have practice exam on everything that was covered the preceding day.
  10. Every night you need to study at least 4 hours.
  11. No one has passed the exam that has missed a day.
  12. The money that you pay is non-refundable! (Will explain for those who show up to register).
  13. The Terp10 manual that you will receive 2-3 weeks before the start of class is
  14. pages of impact very detailed information. We do not go into the production of this manual until the close of registration which is April 1, 2019. No student based on data from all of the Universities that give the Terp10 have read the manual before the first day of class.
  15. We have an SAP Users Group by which we have training sessions, field groups, and guest speakers from SAP and companies that use SAP. The cost is $25.00 for life membership.
  16. We have an SAP Users Group Lounge at JSOM 1.123.
  17. We have an SAP Users Group Bulletin Board next to the JSOM Computer Lounge 1.211 that is constantly updated with SAP and MIS-CITM Information.
  18. SAP is a lifelong journey.
